Proof Of Delivery

At USA BLINK HEALTH STORE, we provide fast and reliable delivery through trusted shipping partners such as USPS and FedEx. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your package throughout the delivery process and check its current location at any time.

Tracking Updates May Include:

  • Order Accepted / Pre-Shipment

  • In Transit

  • Preparing for Delivery

  • Out for Delivery

  • Delivered / Delivery Attempted

These updates help you stay informed about your shipment. If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, another delivery attempt may be made on the next business day.

Proof of Delivery

A proof of delivery (POD) may be provided as either a physical receipt or an electronic document. This document confirms that your order has been shipped and delivered.

The proof of delivery may include:

  • Date and time of shipment

  • Customer name

  • Contact number

  • ZIP code

We take great care to ensure all products are shipped safely and arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Time

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. While we work hard to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Types of Proof of Delivery

  • Electronic Proof of Delivery

After delivery is completed, the proof of delivery document is provided to the recipient as confirmation that the order has been received.

If a customer accepts the package, the delivery is considered complete. If any item is refused or rejected, the reason for rejection should be noted on the proof of delivery document.

Guaranteed Delivery

Some products and shipping methods may qualify for guaranteed delivery. When available, the delivery date and shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout.

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and the carrier does not attempt delivery by that date, any applicable shipping charges may be refunded.

Order Countdown Timer

The “Order Within” countdown timer shows how much time is left to place your order and qualify for the displayed delivery date.

Please note that delivery dates may change before checkout due to inventory availability or shipping capacity. Your final and confirmed delivery date will always be included in your order confirmation email.

Delivery Attempts

If your shipment requires a signature and no one is available during delivery, the driver will leave a door tag with instructions. If no signature is needed, the package may be left at your door.

For signature-required deliveries, up to three delivery attempts may be made. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be held at a nearby pickup location. The door tag will include the pickup address, business hours, and collection details. A valid photo ID and the door tag may be required for pickup.

Once delivered, both the customer and supplier may receive confirmation that the shipment has reached its destination.
